Nice to get in and click that button, that the end user cant find, and get out. When I connect with a bomgar jump client, it takes a length of time to get access.

Goverlan has the capability of storing the enduser name and password in the database, which is of course encrypted. Goverlan is has also been around for many years, but has added remote control for internet connected machines in 2017, i was using the beta and was amazed how well it worked. This was something I came accross that I have some input, since I have used both products. This is my first post, with this account. They have a automation and report feature too, check this video out. Here is a video of verison 8.5 older version, but it gets the point accross. They also have a section for Administration/diagnostics and it is amazing and cant be explained you have to see it. Jump client vs Goverlan Remote permanent access. So many things you can do from the command prompt.

The end user can still keep doing their work while you are doing somethings this way. ( well the chat and send message they would see ) The end user would not know your even doing any service. These items can be done without a prompt on the customers side. I can see the taskmanager, Filemanager, command prompt, Run as prompt, reboot or poweroff and wakeup, send a message and of course chat. Something that I really like about goverlan is the ability to do remote service without bugging the client. The maintence of goverlan is much more affordable. Look at the cost of using both products for 6 years and see the difference for yourself. You can obtain all the extra options from Goverlan for MUCH less in cost than bomgar. When you put these tools into effect, the two products are no longer on the same playing field. However, Goverlan has several other tools that go with it. There are small differences but in the bulk of what I need to do, they are the same for 99% of the service that needs to be done. Goverlan allows me to do nearly the same remote service that bomgar does. So, with bomgar being 6years old, I was wondering if there was a new product that would do as well today and of course for less money. As I do remote service for many companies, they don't care about how I get my job done, just do it now. The contract has just expired and I am moving to Goverlan.

Always a few hiccups, but their techsupport has been top notch. It has worked nearly perfect everyday for that amount of time.
